What’s On Your Easel? What have you been doing with yourself? Since I haven’t done a show in so long, and since it was on a Monday instead of a Thursday, I didn’t have anyone else’s easels to show and inspire you. So this week, it’s just me and the kids.

Daddy/Daughter Weekends

As the little girl gets older, (Can you believe she’s 10 already?!?!) I find she is not quite as willing to get up on a Saturday to go sketching with her old man. However, I did find a mighty girl activity that will jump out of bed for, ARCHERY!

I’ve spent some time in Louisiana this week and sat on a cool patio in a soft rain while drinking ice cold beer and eating hot crawfish. PURE BLISS! Thought I’d paint about it in my journal a bit. The Sexy, Red-Headed Darcy named our crustacean Steve

Speaking of the easels, I up and left town with laptop in hand to edit this post and get it out for the website and the newsletter, but failed to bring any of the cool easel photos with me.
