Either in celebration of the obscure Lady Day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lady_Day) in which I probably should have used Lou Reed’s “Lady Day”, or because I found chords for Mellencamp’s “Rain on the Scarecrow, I decided to do a rural scene this week.
I used the March Challenge at http://artjournaling.ning.com “orange” to experiment with alcohol drops on my live U-stream broadcast.

Posted by mobile phone: I don’t own many rubber stamps. I usually don’t use them in my work unless I’m demonstrating how it can be done. When I do use them, it’s usually one I’ve made. As it is, I used my last spare rubber eraser making a stamp for the Art Journal Love Letters workshop, and I don’t have a potato. So I thought I would stick with the spirit of creative-every-day and the March Challenge and just play in my journal. Then I thought, “…just keep swimming, just keep swimming, swiiiiimmiiiiiiing…”
Is it a menage a journal or an art journal a trois? Anyway, it felt like I was cheating on my art journal with two other art journals. I did these live on the ustream broadcast (mostly). Tune in on Thursday nights from 8-10pm central(us) to see what I’ll be up to next.
